Return and exchange policy The customer can exchange or return the product within 24 hours from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and unused. The watch packaging (stickers and plastic placed on the strap and clasp) must not be opened. The customer bears all shipping costs for the exchange, and in case of return, the return fee is 30 riyals. In case of an error in the order or a defect in the product, the store will bear the delivery costs. Shipping fees for the product are non-refundable.
